Before you book an appointment, please take a minute to read the Cancellation Policy.

You are advised that in booking an appointment you are reserving a practitioner’s time exclusively for your treatment. Others may be waiting for an appointment but are not available at short notice.

In consideration for others, should you have to change your appointment to another time or another day or cancel it for any reason, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 1 business day notice or a missed appointment with no notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

In booking an appointment you agree to honor an invoice for charges incurred due to late cancellation.

Absolutely. Telehealth Chinese herbal medicine consultations are available as well as in-clinic appointments for Acupuncture and/or Chinese herbal medicine at Surry Hills. With Telehealth you will still benefit from a full Chinese herbal medicine consultation including tongue diagnosis, a TCM diagnosis and treatment plan, including diet and lifestyle advice. Herbal formulas are tailor-made specifically to address your needs and can be collected or posted to you.
